Brittany “B” Flack

Veterinary Technician

B has been a veterinary technician since 2018 and joined the LMAH team in 2020. After graduating from Lakewood High School in 2016, she chose a career in animal medicine and revels in all of the puppy love she gets to soak up each day. Feeling a profound responsibility to pets and their owners, she delights in working with others to turn an animal’s health around and thrives under the pressure of emergency situations.

Outside of work, B can be found with her friends and her daughter. Their family includes Hazel, who was rescued after her old family moved and left her behind, and Drake. Both pups love to play but equally enjoy a good nap.

Wells James

Veterinary Technician

Wells will be graduating from high school in May of 2022 and is planning to study Animal Science at Clemson University. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is having the opportunity to show all the animals the love and care they deserve. She also appreciates the fact that there’s something new to learn every day and that she is a part of a big family at Lake Marion Animal Hospital.

Wells loves the great outdoors! In her free time, she enjoys fishing, hunting and just having some quality time with his dogs. She has a Maltese named Bubba and a Boykin Spaniel named Hank. Both of her canine companions absolutely adore going on car rides around town and eating all the treats they could get their paws on!

Carly Broadway

Office Assistant

Carly has enjoyed seeing the variety of animals we serve at Lake Marion Animal Hospital since joining our team in February 2020. Her role exposes her to new experiences every day, and she appreciates her friendly teammates. She relishes how much she learns each shift, complementing her education at nearby Clarendon Hall High School.

Like others on our staff, she spends her free time socializing and particularly enjoys going to the lake or seeing movies. Her family includes a 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer / Lab mix named Goose, who unsurprisingly loves to play and run.

Amanda Hipp

Receptionist

Amanda joined Lake Marion Animal Hospital in June 2021. What she likes most about this field of work is getting to see all the different animals and their personalities that always shine through.

Away from work, she adores spending time with her family, especially her boys. She shares her home with a Schnauzer named Finn and a Dingo named Lucy.
